Look, I'll be honest with you - me and my girlfriend are on the hunt for a studio flat in London and thought we'd cast the net wide on here.
What we're after is pretty straightforward really - a studio that's got its own bathroom and kitchen. Nothing fancy, just somewhere that's actually liveable, you know? We're not asking for marble countertops or anything daft like that.
Bit about us - we're a working couple, pretty quiet honestly. No pets, no kids, just the two of us trying to find somewhere decent to call home. We pay rent on time, keep places clean, basically the dream tenants landlords keep going on about but never seem to believe actually exist.
We're flexible on location as long as it's in London - doesn't have to be Zone 1 or anything, we're realistic about what we can afford. Happy to discuss budget depending on what's on offer and where it is.
